The Vittaliq.com online store is operated exclusively by the company InfoRefurb Unipessoal, Lda , which assumes full commercial, logistical and legal responsibility for all transactions. All products sold, as well as the return, exchange, refund and warranty processes, are fully managed by InfoRefurb, according to the terms defined below.


1. Right of Free Termination – 14 Days

Under Decree-Law No. 24/2014, the customer has the right to freely terminate the contract within 14 consecutive days, counting from the date of receipt of the order.
To exercise this right, the product must be returned:

  • No signs of use;
  • With all components, cables, accessories, manuals and original packaging;
  • In perfect aesthetic and functional conditions.

2. Mandatory Requirements for Acceptance of Return

For the return to be accepted, it is necessary:

  • That the equipment is unused and in impeccable condition;
  • That all items originally delivered are returned;
  • The electronic invoice or proof of purchase must be presented;
  • The return must be communicated in advance by email to geral@inforefurb.com , indicating the order number and reason for the return.

3. Return Exclusions

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products with signs of use, scratches, physical damage or signs of alteration;
  • Equipment configured, updated or customized at the customer's request;
  • Software installed and/or activated after delivery;
  • Requests made outside the legal period of 14 days.

4. Defective on Arrival (DOA) Equipment

If the equipment presents an obvious technical fault within the first 48 hours after receipt, the customer must contact InfoRefurb immediately.
After technical validation, a full refund may be issued or a replacement may be sent, as applicable.


5. Refunds

After receipt and technical inspection of the returned product:

  • The customer will be informed by email about the acceptance or rejection of the return;
  • If approved, the refund will be processed via the same original payment method, within a maximum period of 10 business days;
  • Shipping costs for the original order will not be refunded;
  • Return costs borne by the customer will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

6. Shipping Costs and Responsibility

The customer is responsible for the costs and logistics of return shipping, except when the return is due to an error by InfoRefurb or a validated defect.
It is recommended:

  • Use a shipping service with tracking and insurance;
  • Ensure robust and secure packaging.
    InfoRefurb is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during return shipping.

7. Return Process

To start the process, the client must:

  1. Send an email to geral@inforefurb.com with the order number and reason;
  2. Wait for instructions from the technical committee;
  3. Proceed with the shipment as instructed;
  4. Wait for technical validation after receipt for final decision.
